Version 1 · effective Sep 19, 2026 · issued by CapriTech Global Services LLC
Terms and Conditions for Candidates
Effective date: [EDIT: go-live date] · Version: 1
These terms are a contract between you and CapriTech Global Services LLC, [EDIT: registered address], USA ("OHCjob.com", "we", "us"), for your use of OHCjob.com as a job seeker. By creating an account you accept them together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Safe Job Search guidelines.
1. The service is free for candidates
Creating a profile, applying to jobs, saving searches, receiving alerts, messaging recruiters and downloading your data cost nothing, now or later. We will never ask you to pay for a job, an application, verification, a "priority listing", training, a visa or any other item. Anyone who asks you for money in connection with a job on OHCjob.com is acting fraudulently — report it to us immediately (section 8).
2. Who may use the service
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be an occupational health professional, a student or trainee in a relevant field, or someone genuinely seeking work in occupational health, industrial medicine or a related role.
- The service is not available in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. We block registrations and access from those regions. If you move there, your account may be closed.
- You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts (same mobile number, email or licence number) are merged or removed.
3. Your account and your information
- Keep your login details secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
- Accuracy: your name, qualifications, licence or registration details, experience and CV must be true, current and yours. We verify licences against public registers (for example NMC India, state medical and nursing councils, DHA, DOH, MOHAP, SCFHS, QCHP, OMSB, NHRA, AHPRA, US state boards). Providing forged documents or someone else's registration number leads to a permanent ban, and we may inform the licensing body and the police.
- Tell us of material changes (licence expiry or suspension, change of name) by updating your profile.
- Do not upload sensitive data we do not ask for (Aadhaar, PAN, passport scans, medical records, bank details).
4. What OHCjob.com is — and is not
- OHCjob.com is an online platform that publishes vacancies from verified employers and lets you apply. We are not the employer, not a recruitment or placement agency, not a manpower supplier and not an immigration consultant.
- We do not guarantee that you will get an interview, an offer or a job, that any job description is accurate, or that an employer will respond.
- Any employment contract is between you and the employer. Salary, working conditions, licensing and visa matters are for you and the employer to agree and check.
- We verify employers' identity and documents before their jobs go live and we review jobs, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is free of error or that every employer will behave properly. Use the Safe Job Search guidelines and your own judgement.
5. How your data is shared
- When you apply, the employer of that job receives your profile, CV and screening answers once your credentials are verified (consent C1 in the Privacy Policy).
- If you switch on recruiter discovery (consent C2), verified employers searching our database can see a masked version of your profile and may unlock your contact details and CV. You can switch this off at any time; you can also block individual companies.
- Employers are bound by our Recruiter Terms to use your data only to recruit for their own or their clients' occupational-health vacancies. If an employer misuses your data, tell us.
- Full details, your rights and our Grievance Officer are in the Privacy Policy.
6. Cross-border jobs: your responsibilities
Many jobs on OHCjob.com are in a different country from where you live. Before accepting any such job you are responsible for checking:
- that you are eligible for a work visa or permit and who pays for it;
- that your professional licence is recognised or what registration or exam (for example DataFlow verification, Prometric, SCFHS classification, DHA eligibility letter) is required;
- the emigration rules of your own country — for Indian nationals this includes the Emigration Act, 1983 and the eMigrate system, under which recruitment for certain countries must go through a registered recruiting agent and an employer registered on eMigrate, and no fee may be charged to a nurse beyond the legally permitted amount;
- the labour law, contract terms and living conditions in the destination country.
OHCjob.com does not provide immigration, licensing or placement services and does not act as a recruiting agent under any country's emigration law. We do display a safety notice on overseas jobs, and we remove employers who are found to breach these rules.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post false, misleading or defamatory content, or content that infringes anyone's rights;
- apply to jobs you have no intention of taking, or apply on behalf of another person;
- harass, threaten or spam recruiters or other users through messages;
- scrape, copy or index the site, or use bots or automated tools without our written permission;
- attempt to bypass verification, rate limits or security, or interfere with the platform;
- use the platform to offer your own recruitment, training or visa services to other users.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
8. Reporting fraud
Use "Report this job" on any listing, or email support@ohcjob.com. Jobs with three reports are automatically paused for review. We never share your identity with the reported employer.
9. Intellectual property
The OHCjob.com name, logo, design, software and content belong to CapriTech Global Services LLC or its licensors. Your profile and CV remain yours; you grant us a licence to store, display and transmit them to employers as described in the Privacy Policy, for as long as your account exists.
10. Suspension and closure
- You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Privacy; erasure follows the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, provide false information, are under 18, are located in an excluded region, or if required by law. Where possible we tell you the reason and how to appeal through the Grievance Officer.
- Accounts inactive for 3 years are erased after a warning (Privacy Policy section 9).
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of any job listing or employer statement.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, CapriTech Global Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of earnings or opportunity, or any dispute between you and an employer, recruiter or third party.
- Because the service is free to you, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to USD 100 or the minimum amount permitted by mandatory law, whichever is higher.
- Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law in your country of residence, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India), or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes create a new version; you will be asked to accept it at your next login and continued use afterwards means acceptance. The current version is always at /terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [EDIT: US state of the LLC, e.g. Texas], USA, and the courts of [EDIT: county/state] have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in India or another country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts or under your local consumer law, that right is preserved. Before starting proceedings, please raise the issue with our Grievance Officer (grievance@ohcjob.com); most issues are resolved quickly that way.
14. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable the rest remains in force. These terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Safe Job Search guidelines are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. We may assign this agreement to a successor of the business. Notices to you are sent to the email address or mobile number on your account.
